IONROI supports four permission roles within each account. Viewer has read-only access across the portfolio, suitable for silent partners or clients who need visibility without editing rights. Accountant can record rent payments and expenses. Manager can create and edit properties, leases, occupants, and maintenance requests. Admin has full control including user management and subscription changes. Every action by every user is logged in the audit trail.

Which IONROI plan includes role-based access?

Role-based access is a core feature across all plans, but multi-user support depends on the plan tier. The Basic plan supports 1 user, which covers solo landlords. Pro at AED 99/month supports up to 5 users, suitable for small property management teams. Enterprise at AED 299/month supports unlimited users for larger organizations with dedicated accounting, management, and operations staff.

What is the risk of giving property management staff unrestricted system access?

Unrestricted access increases the risk of accidental data deletion, unauthorized configuration changes, and makes it harder to audit who made which financial entries. Limiting staff to the minimum access they need for their role reduces both error risk and security exposure. The audit log is also more meaningful when access boundaries are enforced, as every action can be attributed to a specific role and responsibility.

How does IONROI's access control compare to sharing a spreadsheet with your team?

Shared spreadsheets have no meaningful access control: anyone with edit access can change any cell, delete rows, or alter formulas without any record of what was changed. IONROI enforces role boundaries programmatically, so an Accountant cannot accidentally delete a lease record, a Manager cannot change subscription settings, and every action is attributed to a specific user in the audit log.
