Leases are created in Draft status and linked to a specific unit and occupant. When you activate a lease, IONROI automatically generates the rent payment schedule for the lease term, creating a payment record for each period. As the lease approaches expiry, you receive alerts at 90, 60, and 30 days, and can renew with new terms or terminate with one action. Signed contracts and Ejari documents are stored against each lease record.

Which IONROI plan includes lease management?

Lease management is available on all plans. Basic (free, 1 property) supports full lease lifecycle tracking for a single property. Pro at AED 99/month and Enterprise at AED 299/month extend this across 10 or unlimited properties respectively, with multi-user lease management for teams.

What is the most common and costly mistake landlords make with lease management?
